Piatto has during the coarse of the year been involved in projects with the Meals on Wheels Community Services in Gauteng. Here is a letter from them to Piatto!!
Dear Management and staff of Piatto,
It humbles us here at Meals on Wheels to know that there are such wonderful people and organisations like you out there. The Meals on Wheels team would like to thank you for your most generous contribution of food donations and financial support. The food was distributed to beneficiaries in the South of Johannesburg and the financial help we received with help us purchase the vegetables, chicken and items we need to cook for the underprivileged.
It is a pleasure to be associated with you in our efforts to uplift the morale of the less fortunate. Thank you once more for caring enough to help so generously. The Meals on Wheels makeover team continues to make every month a Mandela month and we are hoping that soon it will be every day. Thank you once again for helping us make a difference in our communities.
